We ship nationwide (throughout the country).
How do I know if furniture is in stock or made-to-order?
If units are ready in our workshop, it says "Stock available / Immediate delivery." If stock is zero, the platform lets you buy under the "Made-to-order" option.
How long does manufacturing take if there is no stock?
Handcrafted manufacturing takes 20 to 30 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). This period starts the next business day after payment confirmation.
Why does manufacturing take that long?
We do not do mass-produced industrial furniture. Each piece involves selecting wood, manual cutting and assembling, allowing natural structural settling time, and applying multiple layers of polish and protection.
If I buy an in-stock item and a made-to-order item, how is shipping handled?
By default, we make a single shipment when your entire order is ready at the workshop. Contact us via WhatsApp to coordinate separate shipments (this may incur an extra fee).
Will the furniture look exacty like the photo?
Design, sizes, and structure are identical. However, working with solid natural wood means each piece has unique grains, knots, and tones.
Can I request custom sizes or design changes?
Yes! As artisan makers, we can adapt many of our designs to your space.
